Idrottsdietisten is your Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer in Sweden. The counselling take place in the central parts of Gothenburg, Mölndal or online if you are abroad or find it more convenient to meet over the phone or computer. Josefine is a Reg. Dietitian with a medical degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee. With a scientific approach to food and diet combined with her experience from track and field training and competition, she will give you the important insights in what you need to focus on in order to to achieve your highly set goals.
Your company or organisation can also meet Josefine at a lecture talking about food habits, diet myths or the best nutrition tips for your situation. Online lectures for your work are of course also available.

Or that she recently undertook two university courses in astrophysics? (But no worries, she will not change career to become an astronaut just yet!)
PRICE?
This is a private practise and you can pay by swish or by bank transfer. Ask me before your session for the bank info since it may take some days for it to reach my bank. Some insurance companies can also cover the costs. Full price list can be found here.
WHAT?
Idrottsdietisten works in several areas to help people, athletes and patients with sports nutrition and diet related diagnosis such as overweight / weight loss, underweight / weight gain, eating disorders and IBS. WHERE?
You will find Idrottsdietisten in the city center of Gothenburg and in Mölndal at Mölndals Bro, very close to the train station "Mölndal Station" which is only 10 min by train from Göteborg Central Station, but you are also welcome to contact me for video sessions online if you come from other parts of Sweden or Europe.
