All treatment or counselling is individually adapted based on a professional dietetic assessment, taking your diagnosis, symptoms and everyday life into consideration. Sessions may include nutritional guidance based on relevant dietary treatment recommendations, advice regarding meal structure, calorie and macronutrient needs, as well as practical strategies for everyday life. The focus is on long-term sustainable changes rather than generic standard plans or pre-written meal plans.

The clinic is fully private and not connected to the Swedish high-cost protection scheme. No referral is needed to book an appointment. Payment is preferably made via Swish before or during the consultation. An administrative fee of 49 SEK applies for invoice payments.

The first follow-up appointment is usually recommended within approximately 2 weeks. Thereafter, treatment is followed up regularly, most commonly every 2–3 weeks, where recommendations are continuously evaluated and adjusted over time. 

 

Video consultations are available regardless of where you are located. Consultations are available in English or Swedish.

Shorter practical questions can when needed be handled between scheduled appointments via email or text message. Larger questions or new treatment areas are referred to a booked consultation to ensure the best possible guidance.

If someone will accompany you to the appointment, please notify us in advance so that a suitable consultation room can be arranged. One accompanying guardian for patients under 18 years old is welcome to join part of the consultation if needed.
